How-To Process

Step 1: Find Your SKUs

Browse our Fabrics or  Stock pages. Note down the SKU / Style Number found at the top of the photo or bottom of the description for each fabric you want.

Step 2: Email Your Request

Send an email to bashistgreene@gmail.com containing:

  • Your Company Name

  • The list of SKU/Style Numbers you need

Step 3: Send Your Shipping Label

We will reply with the package weight and dimensions. You must then generate a pre-paid shipping label (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and email it back to us. Once received, we will ship your swatches immediately.

Q: Are the swatches really free? A: Yes. The fabric swatches are free of charge. You only pay for the shipping cost by providing a label. Q: What if I don't have a shipping account (UPS/FedEx)? A: You can easily create a one-time label online using USPS Click-N-Ship or similar services once we provide you with the package dimensions. Q: Can I request a swatch of a custom fabric? A: Custom fabric swatches are generally reserved for production clients. If you are a new brand, we highly recommend starting with our Stock Library to ensure you can meet the purchasing minimums.
